• SPIRIT OF THE HOUSE

The house mainly welcomes women travelers staying in Paris for professional purposes, artistic residencies, or longer stays.

We speak English and are happy to share many recommendations to help you discover Paris: museums, walks, curated routes, cultural spots, and neighborhood shops.

The guidelines in place help preserve the balance of the home. They can naturally be adjusted with mutual understanding, depending on the length of the stay and each guest’s organization.

• PRIVATE SPACE

Each guest has:
– a fully private bedroom, accessible at any time
– a private bathroom and toilet (for the Suite Ulysse) or a shared bathroom and toilet (for the Odyssée Room)

An apartment key will be provided upon arrival; bed linen and towels are provided.

• ESPACES COMMUNS ET ORGANISATION

La cuisine, ouverte sur le salon et la terrasse, est un espace partagé.

Afin de préserver la tranquillité de l’appartement, son accès est prévu aux horaires suivants :

– 7h00 – 9h00
– 12h00 – 14h00
– 19h00 – 21h00

L’usage prolongé du salon ou des espaces communs peut être envisagé ponctuellement en accord avec l’hôte, selon la présence et l’organisation de chacune. En dehors de ces plages, la chambre reste accessible en permanence.
 

• KITCHEN USE

The kitchen, open to the living room and terrace, is a shared space.
In order to preserve the tranquility of the apartment, access is limited to the following hours:

– 7:00 – 9:00
– 12:00 – 14:00
– 19:00 – 21:00

Extended use of the living room or shared spaces may occasionally be possible with the host’s agreement, depending on her presence and the organization of the household. Outside these hours, the bedroom remains accessible at all times.

 

• TERRACE

The terrace is accessible during meal hours.
Outside these hours, occasional use may be possible with the host’s agreement.

 

• VISITES

Les visites ponctuelles sont possibles, sous réserve d’en informer l’hôte au préalable.
L’accueil de personnes pour la nuit n’est pas autorisé.

• SMOKING

The apartment is non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace

 

• QUIET & RESPECT

The house is a quiet place.
Respect for the host’s tranquility and for the neighbors is essential to ensure a pleasant stay.

 

• SPECIFIC EQUIPEMENT (Atelier Lesage embroidery students)

Pour les élèves suivant un enseignement chez Lesage, sont mis à disposition :
– adjustable and tilting trestles (IKEA)
– LED daylight lamp suitable for precision work
